Do you offer print-on-demand services?
Currently, we only sell custom apparel in bulk. We hope to one day offer fulfillment & print-on-demand services!
Do you offer youth fleecewear?
We do not currently inventory youth-sized winter wear, however we have access to all the major brands & styles meaning we can source an excellent option for you. Consider these items would not be eligible for our 72-hour turnaround time + ship after art approved + sizes in.
Is Digital Ink soft like Sunday Cool’s waterbase ink?
It is a soft print, however it is tangible unlike our waterbase! Your image is printed onto a transfer which is ultimately heat pressed onto your shirt. Because of this, images that allow for knock outs (shirt peeking out in between the design) are best for Digital Ink printing. This technique will allow for more breathability in your tee!
My youth group student drew a dancing sloth on a napkin. Can we use that as an idea for our design?
We totally can! Our art staff is lined up with some of the most talented artist we could find! They all have their own specific style and voice to create your awesome design.
Why are youth and adult sizes placed on different invoices?
When there are two set ups for youth and adult shirts, the sizing is set up as two different orders for production as they have different sized screens for your artwork.
Can I choose different colors of Iridescent Ink?
No, we currently only offer 1 colorway in Iridescent Ink, however, you’ll be surprised how it changes in different lighting. Each wear will feel like a new ink!

Are there any more colors available in your Winter Wear?
We showcase our inventoried goods on our website that are eligible for 72-hour turnaround + ship after art approval and sizes in. Of course, there are more options available to you through our vendor relationships, however the turnaround times may be longer and the decoration type may need adjusting.
How large can I print on the tee?
The maximum print size for your design depends on the garment size that you order. Please read below for our printing specifications. - Adult sized shirts: 12”w x 16”h - Youth sized shirts: 9”w x 11”h - Pull over hoodies: 12”W x 10”h - Sleeve (Long sleeved shirts) 4”w x 14”h
How do you ship?
There are hundreds of ways to get your shirts to you - train, boat, plane, car, drone, carrier pigeon…you name it! We want to provide you with the best method for the best price. Talk with your Project Advisor and they will work with you to figure out the best method of shipping to get your tees to you on time! We currently use FedEx as our main shipping carrier.
How should I wash my tees?
To maintain those long-lasting prints, be sure to turn your t-shirts inside out before throwing them in the wash. Wash with like colors and please, for the love of Carll, NO BLEACH!!! Additionally, we advise to not wash multiple shirts altogether. This can cause bleeding of the garment colors into the print. BRRRR!!! Please use the cold setting on your washing machine.
What are your order minimums?
Our no-feel waterbase ink is run through screen printing. This means that each ink color or print location is added labor and cost. Our minimums for our no-feel waterbase screen printing & plastisol printing are 12 pcs with 1 ink color in the design only or 36 for multiple ink colors. We also offer a print method called Digital Ink that has a minimum of 12 pcs with a full-color print. This print method differs from waterbase ink in that it has a slight feel to it and is printed on transfers & pressed onto your super soft tee!
Do you ship outside of the United States?
We currently only ship to states within the continental US + Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and PR.
I left a note on the proof for a revision. When can I expect to see a new mockup?
Revisions will be completed within 36 hours.
Is Digital Ink screen printed?
No, it is not! Digital Ink is made using a direct-to-film machine. This machine prints your image onto a transfer which is ultimately heat-pressed onto your shirt.
Can I combine all of my orders to save on shipping?
Currently, orders must be separated based on the print type. This means if you're ordering multiple items with different artwork or ink types, the orders have to be separated and charged for shipping accordingly.

What is your turnaround time?
We offer 72 hour turnaround time on our inventoried goods after art is approved and sizes are submitted. Then, we ship. Most of our shipping transit time takes between 1 and 7 business days. When placing your order, your Project Advisor can let you know how long your order will take to ship. There may be scenarios in which you are interested in ordering products outside of our inventory line, like embroidered polos. These will have a longer turnaround time which your Project Advisor can help with! Always let us know when you need your goods in hand by and we'll try our best to meet your dates.
What benefits are offered to employees at Sunday Cool?
Sunday Cool provides health insurance to all full-time employees after the probationary period. Sunday Cool also offers supplemental insurance such as, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, accident, hospital indemnity, and pet insurance. After 6 months, all full-time employees are eligible for the 401K.
How do I order?
All you have to do is fill out an order/quote form on our site which can be found here. After that, a sales rep will get with you lickety-split with all the info you need to get this process started.
Can I reorder just a few more tees if I need them?
Reorders must fall under our minimums (12 pieces for Digital Ink and 36 pieces for screen printing) because they are treated like a brand new order in our production facility. Ask your Project Advisor about adding on to your order or reordering for more info.
Can I see what the tee will look like before it prints?
ABSOLUTELY! We require you to approve of your quote before getting started on your artwork so that we know you agree with the terms of your order. Once your quote is approved, we will send you a proof of your artwork that must be approved before printing. You will be able to see ink colors used, the dimensions of the artwork, T-shirt color, and apparel. We will need your approval on the mockup before we print. *Please note: your print may vary slightly from the mockup.*
What is the difference between plastisol and water-based/discharged inks?
Plastisol inks feel just like they sound - plasticky. The ink sits on top of the garment. It retains moisture and cracks over time; we’re sure you’ve got a couple of shirts that this has happened to before. Water-based/discharged ink “bleaches” and dyes the actual fibers of the shirt to the colors in your design. It is 100% comfy and breathable and only gets softer over time.
Do you have any additional ink colors in Sun Reveal?
Currently, no. Our Sun Reveal inks are only available in yellow, blue, and purple.
Why do you charge to set up artwork if I supplied it?
When we charge for artwork, our artists mock up your artwork which includes breaking down elements or colors in your design and preparing them for print. If you plan to reorder this exact design in the future, you will not need to pay an art charge again!
Does the Water Revealed image stay on the shirt after being activated?
No, once the shirt dries the image will fade. Just give it another dunk to activate it again!
What does Puff Ink feel like?
Puff Ink is raised to the touch, similar to the 90’s craft puff paint you used to get at Joanne fabrics with your mom the night before your project was due! Of course, this ink is applied with machine precision ensuring that your design looks sharp!

How long do WootHoops take to arrive?
WootHoops have a turnaround time of 10 business days after art approval. There are occasional seasons throughout the year where the turnaround time may be longer. Be sure to consult your Project Advisor about dates!
Do these positions require previous experience in the industry?
While some positions do require experience, training may be provided for certain roles. Please check the job description for the position you're applying to for specifics related to required experience or qualifications
How do I prevent piling on my garment?
We have a few tips for you to prevent piling on sweatshirts, hoodies, and other super-soft garments! 1. Piling is caused by abrasion during wash so try not to overload your washer and wash at a gentle setting. 2. Turn your garment inside out before washing it. This helps eliminate excess abrasion. 3. Our products are naturally soft, so adding fabric softener to your load is our expert tip for maintaining that soft feel for a lifetime while eliminating the fabric piling!
Can you print on my blank tees?
We do not currently offer contract printing, nor can we print on blank tees as an add-on. Sunday Cool prefers to maintain the ability to print on goods that are easily replaceable in case we need to re-do a print!
Why do you charge for screens on a reorder?
Once an order gets shipped out, we recycle our screens to be as economical as possible. When you place a reorder, we then have to re-burn the screens as if it were a new order.
We already have a design that we’d like to print. What are the best file types to send?
We have various types of files that we can accept for printing and are as follows:

Are there any more colors available than what you show on your website?
The shirt colors we feature on our apparel page are the only colors we inventory in-house. This means they're available for our 72-hour turnaround + ship after art approval and sizes in. Additionally, they're all part of our super soft line excluding solid white & black. Keep in mind that we have access to all the major vendors & distributors. This means we can source any garment you're looking for! By choosing alternate garments to our super soft tees, you may be subject to longer turnaround times and alternate print methods.
Can you create a custom design for my T-shirts?
Duh! It’s kind of what we do best. You can have a quick consultation with one of our talented artists and we will create something totally unique for your group.
Can I combine my custom apparel order with preprinted items from the Swag Store to achieve a minimum order?
No, although we're stoked you like the merch! Custom apparel orders must have minimums achieved with the same artwork across the board.
Can I buy one of your templates without ordering tees?
We do not sell our artwork alone! To have access to our library of customizable templates, you need to place an order for custom apparel.
Which colors does Puff Ink come in?
Currently white and black. Hopefully more in the future!
I love this custom artwork so much. Can I have it to use in our church powerpoint/video presentations, flyers, banners or signage?
You betcha. The artwork is yours to be used in any form or fashion for promotional purposes, but we hold ALL the rights to print your design on apparel. Clients sometimes want the design files so they can go to their local printer and have them print it but we’ve got everything you need for your apparel needs! It just makes sense to go with us. If you need to, you could purchase the design and the rights outright to use for apparel printing for a fee.
Why can I feel the print on my new order of shirts with waterbased ink?
Remember, your design is printed on your t-shirt using a magical no-feel water-based ink. It’s the softest feeling ink this side of heaven! Because it’s so fresh off the press, you may still feel some residue on the t-shirt. Have no fear! Toss this t-shirt in the washer & dryer to activate the magically soft ink, it’s kinda like, well... magic.
Why does the ink look faded on my tee mockup?
The water-based/discharge printing technique we use sometimes doesn’t print inks with 100% vibrancy; we call that our “vintage look”. For more information on which colors print with 100% vibrancy please see our discharge rate guide.
How many colors can be in my design for Digital Ink?
Endless! Digital Ink is a full-color process. Bring on the colors!
Who does the artwork?
We’ve got a super duper awesome staff of artist in-house who are really shy but let their artistic voices speak for themselves. Click here to find out how to order art.
Does the Sun Revealed image stay on the shirt after being activated?
No, the design is charged by the sun or UV light and then fades quickly after being in the shade.
How to I make changes to my current proof?
After logging into your customer portal, make sure you're viewing your current art proof. To request revisions, press "Comment Revisions". You'll have 5 minutes to comment everything you're wanting changed before it lands on the artists' schedule!
Is there flexibility in the work schedule for these positions?
The work schedule for each position is typically Monday to Friday, but overtime may be required based on workload and production demands, especially during peak seasons.
Which shirt colors work best with Iridescent Ink?
All of our shirt colors work but we do have a few that work better than others! These include: Heather Charcoal, Heather Pumpkin, Heather Denim, Heather Burgundy, Black, Heather Sky, White, and our Sand Hero Hoodie! We also recommend outlining your design in white or black ink to really allow your graphic to POP!
Do you offer toddler sizes?
We do not currently inventory toddler sizes, however our Project Advisor can usually source a comparable option that we can order in. Keep in mind, ordering goods in will not be eligible for our 72 hour turnaround time + ship after art approval & sizes in.
Who do I reach out to for shipping/pricing/payments?
You can speak to any of our awesome Project Advisors who will help you the whole way through your order from pricing, artwork, and shipping! They may even have a funny (or not-so-funny) joke to tell you! Call us today!
Which garments work best with Puff Ink?
Any! However we particularly love Puff Ink on fleecewear where you can’t necessarily feel the weight of the print, just the cool raised texture under hand!
Can I order blank tees?
We do not sell blank apparel, only t-shirts printed with your super cool design or ours!
What’s the largest size you offer?
That depends on the apparel. Our super soft tee is available in XS-3XL. We do inventory a comparable extended size list in most of our colors. Consider that these comparable shirts are of a different brand, meaning they might not be the exact color shade and feel as the rest of your super soft tees. Consult your Project Advisor for a visual!
Which shirt colors work best with Water Reveal ink?
Darker colors like Heather Charcoal, Heather Graphite, Heather Denim, Heather Burgundy, and Heather Military.
Can I have the Water Reveal ink appear in a different color?
No, currently the only color ink available for the water reveal image is a faded whitish color.
Can I add just a few youth smalls to my adult order?
If you order youth sizes with adult sizes artwork, the print does not fit correctly on the garment and will not print to our standards. (A real bummer-we know). Let your advisor know ahead of time if you plan on ordering youth sizes so that they can help find the best solution.
Can you feel Iridescent Ink on your shirt?
Yes! Iridescent Ink has a soft, glittery texture.
Why does Digital Ink require a service fee?
This fee covers the preparation required in our Digital department to print your art onto the transfers.
On what parts of the T-shirt can I print a design on?
We can print on the front, back, sleeve, locker tag, and hips with specific dimensions and restrictions for each print location
Why do you charge screen set up?
Screen printing requires a screen per ink color and print location. For example, if you are ordering shirts with a design that contains 4 ink colors on the front and 2 ink colors on the back, that would equate to 6 screens. Each time we set up a job, we have to burn, set up, and reclaim every color in the design.
Which shirt color works best with Sun Reveal ink?
White for sure! The sunny image requires a white base to lay the ink on, meaning if you print Sun Reveal ink on any other shirt color you’ll be able to see the base. Of course, it still is a surprise when that base changes color in the sunlight, just not as effective!
