The maximum print size for your design depends on the garment size that you order. Please read below for our printing specifications. - Adult sized shirts: 12”w x 16”h - Youth sized shirts: 9”w x 11”h - Pull over hoodies: 12”W x 10”h - Sleeve (Long sleeved shirts) 4”w x 14”h
We currently only ship to states within the continental US + Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada.

These are the best files for us to use to print your awesome design. We will need to review the artwork to make sure that it falls within our printing specifications. If the files do not meet our standards for printing, we could advise you on how to prep the file or set the file up to our print standards which may or may not require an art charge. - Adobe Illustrator (.ai) - Adobe Photoshop (.psd) - Encapsulated Post Scripts (.eps) - Adobe PDF files (.pdf) Other acceptable file types:
These file types are acceptable and might need to be recreated depending on the quality of the image in the file. If the login screen indicates a 6-digit code was sent but you haven't received it, try the following steps:
- Check your Junk or Spam folder
- If you have a business account, inquire if a system administrator can check for a quarantined message.
- Try an alternative email address

Some phones may have issues displaying the art properly. For the best experience, we recommend accessing the portal from a desktop device using Google Chrome.
You bet! Our custom stickers are tough enough to handle whatever Mother Nature throws their way—wind, rain, sun, you name it.
A die cut sticker is basically a sticker that's cut into whatever cool, custom shape fits your logo or design. No boring rectangles here!
Absolutely! You can print in full color on the background of your custom Sticker Sheet. Your design, your way!
Our vinyl stickers are laminated for a smooth, durable matte finish—except for our holographic stickers, which come with a glossy shine to make the material pop!
A sticker topper is a printed piece of cardstock that folds over the top of your sticker pack to seal in your stickers. Best of all, it’s fully customizable! Add your logo, event details, or any design you want to make your pack stand out.
You don’t have to be exact when selecting a size. We'll determine the best size based on your artwork and adjust the price during proofing.
Note: A 3"x3" sticker covers 9 square inches of surface area, so any size combination that equals 9 inches—like a 2"x4.5" or a 1"x9"—will have the same cost. Just focus on the approximate dimensions you want, and we'll fine-tune it to fit your design!

Sales tax is determined based on the shipping address and the specific tax rules for the state where the product is being shipped.
Before completing your order, please double-check that your shipping address is correct. If the address is invalid, it will default to Sunday Cool’s address, which may impact the tax calculation.
To have sales tax removed, please submit a valid Tax Exemption Certificate. Once reviewed and approved, we will update your order.
If you submit a valid Tax Exemption Certificate after payment, we can refund the sales tax once it has been reviewed and verified.
If you do not already have a certificate on file with us, you’ll find a link to submit it in the quote email you receive. Simply follow the link to a landing page where you can upload your certificate.
If the address you enter is incorrect, it will default to Sunday Cool's address, which may affect the sales tax calculation. Please ensure your address is accurate before finalizing your order.
The system will not allow you to proceed with your order without entering a valid shipping address.
All items in your order are subject to sales tax, as required by state laws.
Once a tax exemption form is submitted, there may be a delay in removing the sales tax, as the form needs to be reviewed and approved. After approval, the tax line will be recalculated. If the exemption is applicable, sales tax will be removed. Some states, such as Georgia, may still charge tax regardless of exemptions.
If tax is paid and the exemption certificate is submitted within two weeks of the order being shipped, we will refund the sales tax if it is determined that no tax is owed based on the certificate.
Note: Our new system for handling tax exemptions is currently being implemented, so there may be occasional delays or discrepancies. If you encounter any issues or have questions, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.
Sales tax is always based on the shipping destination. If the product is shipping to Georgia, for example, Georgia’s tax rate will apply, regardless of the client's location.

Live Chat Communications
We use a third-party service provider (LiveChat) to power the real-time chat feature on our website. This tool allows us to respond to your questions and provide customer service in a timely manner.
Please be aware of the following:
- Your chat communications may be monitored, recorded, and stored for support, training, and quality assurance purposes.
- This includes your messages, browser information, and device/IP address at the time of the interaction.
- No recording or monitoring takes place until you have expressly consented to begin the chat session.
- The chat system may share data with the third-party provider that operates it, subject to their own privacy practices.
By using the chat feature, you acknowledge and consent to this collection and handling of your information.

Maybe! Our art team will review your file to make sure it’s high-resolution and print-ready. If it needs a little love, we’ll handle the cleanup and mock it up on your product.
We prefer vector files (.AI, .EPS, or .PDF), but we can work with high-res .PNG or .JPG. If you’re unsure, send what you’ve got and we’ll take it from there.
Yep! Our art team can make edits when prepping your artwork for print. If you'd like to fully revamp your design, we can bring that vision to life too!

If your logo looks slightly different in the mockup, it’s usually because our Art Team made small adjustments to optimize it for print.
Logos with fine lines, small text, or intricate details sometimes need tweaks to ensure they show up clearly on fabric, especially depending on the print method (like water-based ink or specialty placements) and the location of the design (think: left chest vs. full front).
Our goal is to keep the heart of your design intact while making sure it prints cleanly and clearly on your Super-Soft Tee. If you have questions or want to keep it exactly as-is, just let your Project Advisor know and we'll be happy to walk you through the options!
Great question! If your design looks a little more vintage or muted than expected, it’s likely due to a few key factors:
- We use super-soft water-based inks, which don’t sit on top of the fabric like traditional plastisol ink. Instead, they dye the fibers of the garment—creating a soft, breathable print that feels like it’s part of the tee.
- Certain shirt colors, especially pigment-dyed or vintage-washed garments, have a high “discharge rating”, meaning they naturally cause the ink to appear more washed out. This is totally normal and part of the charm of water-based printing on these types of tees.
Our Art Team takes discharge ratings into account when mocking up your design to help set accurate expectations before we print. If you're going for a more vibrant look, we've got options! Just reach out to your Project Advisor to explore alternative print methods that’ll help your design pop just the way you want it to.

If your design looks a little small on your larger shirts, you're not seeing things!
To keep your order efficient and cost-friendly, we size your artwork to fit the smallest shirt in your order; typically a youth size. That same print size is used across all shirts unless you request otherwise.
If you'd like your adult shirts to feature a larger print, we can absolutely do multiple set-ups! Just keep in mind:
- A single setup covers a minimum of 12 garments.
- A multi-setup (youth and adult sizing) requires a minimum of 36 total garments—with at least 12 per size group.
Absolutely! In fact, for the best print results, we require artwork files with a transparent background. This ensures that only your design gets printed with no accidental white boxes or unwanted backgrounds.
Not sure how to remove the background? No worries. Just send us what you’ve got, and our Art Team will handle the cleanup to make it print-ready.
Once your order is approved, we’re happy to send you a print-ready file of your finalized artwork. Whether you want it for future use, social posts, or just to admire your custom creation, we’ve got you covered.

Typical revisions include:
- Simple edits (like swapping tee or ink colors, or tweaking wording)
