First time logging into the new Sunday Cool portal? Have no fear!

Our new system is easy-peasy, no need to remember your password or bookmark the login page, you can now access your Sunday Cool Dashboard from anywhere on www.sundaycool.com To get started, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Log in

In the top right corner of any Sunday Cool webpage, click "LOG IN"

Step 2: Get your "magic code"

Enter your email address associated with your Sunday Cool account and click "SEND MY MAGIC CODE."

Step 3: Copy + paste magic code

Check your inbox for your 6-digit code. Simply highlight the magic code, copy, and paste back in your Sunday Cool browser.

To highlight the 6-digit code, simply click your mouse or tap your finger at the start of the first number, then drag across it to cover all 6 digits. It should change color to show it's selected.

Once the digits are highlighted, you'll copy it. On a computer, you can right-click on the highlighted digits and select "Copy" from the menu that pops up. On a phone or tablet, you might tap and hold the highlighted digits until a menu appears, then choose "Copy".

Step 4: Confirm log in

Paste your 6-digit code, and hit "CONFIRM & LOGIN"

To paste, right-click again on a computer and select "Paste" from the menu. On a phone or tablet, you tap and hold again and select "Paste" from the menu that pops up.

If the login screen indicates a 6-digit code was sent but you haven't received it, try the following steps:

  • Check your Junk or Spam folder
  • If you have a business account, inquire if a system administrator can check for a quarantined message.
  • Try an alternative email address

A Guide to Understanding Waterbased Print Results

When it comes to printing on our Super-Soft T-shirts, understanding ink discharges is key to achieving the perfect print. In this guide, we'll explore the characteristics of Vibrant and Vintage ink discharges and how they can impact your designs.

Vibrant Prints:

Vibrant Prints are characterized by bright and bold colors that truly pop on the shirt. All ink colors printed on shirt colors labeled "Vibrant" produce a vivid and eye-catching print. These prints are perfect for designs that require bold and dynamic colors to stand out.

Not as Vibrant Prints (Vintage):

Not as Vibrant Prints, also known as Vintage prints, offer a faded and muted look. Bright ink colors or any ink color lighter than the apparel colors labeled Vintage result in a less vibrant appearance. For example, yellow ink may appear green on certain shirt colors. Despite the muted tones, Vintage prints can add a unique and nostalgic touch to your designs.


Achieving the Vintage Look & Feel:

To achieve the Vintage Look & Feel, we offer two options. Firstly, printing your design using a single-color ink such as white can create a vintage or "my-favorite-tee" aesthetic. Alternatively, using a darker colored ink like navy or black on apparel colors that do not print bright and bold can also achieve this look. These options provide flexibility in achieving the desired appearance for your designs.

Understanding the characteristics of Vibrant and Vintage ink discharges is essential for achieving the desired print results on our super-soft T-shirts. Whether you opt for bold and dynamic colors or prefer a nostalgic vintage look, our printing options offer versatility to bring your designs to life!

Shipping & Transit Times

We here at Sunday Cool pride ourselves on a remarkable buying experience and product. This dedication extends into our shipping process. Our Project Advisor and Sunday Cool Concierge teams focus on shipping transit times in tandem with your must-have date to make the experience as seamless as possible.

Sunday Cool primarily uses FedEx as a carrier service. However, we also can ship UPS should you prefer. Just ask your Project Advisor or one of our Sunday Cool Concierge members to help facilitate the switch from FedEx to UPS on your order!

Transit Time

We check the zip address for each order to ensure we are budgeting enough time for you to receive your shirts. Below, you’ll find a rough layout of transit times departing from Sunday Cool HQ in sunny Tavares, FL. Note that your zip code gives the MOST accurate timeframe:

Express Shipping

We are known for our remarkably fast service. We offer a 72-hour turnaround after art approval & sizes in, and then we ship! Consider also that we can extend express shipping should you need your shirts by a specific date your ground transit time does not allow. Below are some options we regularly use!

  • Express (3 days)
  • 2 Day Air
  • Next Day Air
  • Priority Overnight (delivered by noon, only available to some zips)

Each of those express services exists at different prices. Be sure to ask one of our Sunday Cool Concierge members for a quote on shipping! You’ll need to know how many garments you plan to order for the box count. 

Residential Shipping

One of our Sales members may advise you to opt for residential shipping on your order. This is due to the priority Fedex puts on residential shipping. For one, FedEx drivers, in most cases, will not deliver to a business Friday-Sunday, EVEN IF YOU’RE THERE. Residential shipping allows drivers to deliver from Tuesday-Sunday. This means if you’re in a pinch to make a weekend event, you’ll likely want to opt for residential shipping!

All we need from you is a home address, and you’re set!

Holidays

One of the major opportunities for changes in transit time is holidays. Below are the dates that FedEx halts operation:

  • Easter Sunday
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Day Before Veteran’s Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • New Year’s Day

No need to remember that! We account for these dates in our system when you place an order with us. 

Sunday Cool Stock Inks

Water based ink is the point between here and heaven. Paired with our Super Soft Tees, the nonexistent feel of our Water based ink is magical and sure to be the talk of the town with you and your group. 

Here at Sunday Cool, we inventory 66 different ink colors! These colors were curated based off of customer popularity and diversity. You can view those stock ink colors below.

During the ordering process, you can reference this page to view all of our stocked ink colors. You’ll also be served up a choice of our stock inks when you submit your Art Request Form.

But what if none of the Sunday Cool Stock Inks match my design or logo? Nothing to fear! We can Pantone Match your ink to whatever code you’re needing to a 90% accuracy. 

There are a few requirements to qualify for a Pantone Match on your project:

  • Stick to our Super Soft Signature line of apparel.
  • The garment color you choose must discharge vibrantly, not vintage. If you need help determining which of our inventory items discharge at which rates, check out our blog post entitled Waterbased Print Results.
  • Your order must include 144 units or more. 

Additionally, we charge $25/match! This means if we need to match 2 ink colors to a specific code, it’ll be a $50 charge.

But how do I know which code to send you? Great question! Your organization might have a branding guide including all relevant codes and colors that set your group apart. OR you could send in your logo and ask us! Our talented Art Staff can color match the logo and tell you the code! We work often in the Pantone and HEX libraries!

Easy Navigation

Even after logging in, you'll notice a constant reminder of your dashboard at the top of the page. This allows you to seamlessly switch between browsing our website and managing your orders without losing your place.

Managing Orders

Scrolling down, you'll see a section dedicated to your order status. Each order is displayed with key details such as the order number, delivery date, quantity, and total amount due. We also keep you updated on the stage of each order, from quote to shipment.

Detailed Order View

Clicking into any specific order provides a comprehensive view. From required actions like submitting art requests to important order information such as shipping addresses and messages, everything you need is laid out clearly.

Automated To-Do Checklist

To keep you informed, we provide an automated checklist displaying the current stage of your order. While you don't need to manually check off items, this feature offers a quick glance at where your order stands.

Viewing Your Orders

On the Orders tab, you'll find a comprehensive list of all your open orders with SundayCool. Each order is displayed with its name, current stage, amount due, and associated quantity, allowing you to stay informed at a glance.

Filtering and Sorting

At the top of the page, you have the option to filter orders based on their status—current, past, or future. You can also input a specific date range to find orders quickly. Clearing the date filter allows you to view all orders, ensuring flexibility in your search.

Starting a New Project

A standout feature of our customer portal is the ability to start a new project with ease. Simply click on the quick link provided, and you'll be guided through the process step by step. Input details such as project name, delivery date, shipping zip code, quantity needed, and project type, whether it's screen printing, hats, beanies, or other promotional products.

Submitting a Project

Once you've filled out the necessary details for your project, click "Next" to proceed to product selection and artwork customization. Choose from a range of product options and specify your artwork preferences. When you're ready, hit "Submit," and our system will promptly generate a quote for your project.

Submitting Your Artwork and Sizes

Navigating your orders on SundayCool.com is made simple with clear call-to-action buttons for key tasks like starting an art request form or submitting sizes. Let's explore how to complete these actions effortlessly within our customer portal.

Starting an Art Request Form

When it's time to initiate an art request, simply locate the "Art Request Form" button conveniently positioned at the top right of the page within your order. Clicking this button opens the art request form directly in the portal, allowing you to provide detailed instructions and design ideas. Select whether you'll be supplying your own artwork, specify placement preferences, and choose from our library of in-stock ink colors. Once completed, your information is sent directly to our art team for processing.

Submitting Sizes

Similarly, submitting sizes for your order is a breeze with our user-friendly interface. Just click on the "Submit Sizes" button located at the top right of the page within your order. This action opens a window where you can easily input size details for each garment. Select the color of your garment, specify the quantity needed for each size, and indicate any special requirements, such as extended sizes or youth sizes. This streamlined process ensures that we have all the necessary information to fulfill your order accurately.

Approving and Revising Your Quotes

Once you've submitted all your project details to SundayCool, the next step is to either approve or revise your quote. Here's how you can easily navigate this process within our customer portal.

Approving the Quote

Upon reviewing your quote, if everything looks good, simply click on the "Approve Quote" button located at the top right of the page. A confirmation box will appear, displaying your quote total. You'll have the option to proceed with approving the quote or to revisit it later. Approving the quote signals your readiness to move forward with the project, and the next steps will involve providing art details and sizes.

Revising the Quote

If you need to make changes to the quote, click on the "Revise Quote" button. You'll be prompted to select a change category, such as a budget constraint or a change in project specifications. Provide any necessary change request notes, and then click "Reject." This action will notify our sales team, who will work with you to address your revisions and issue a new quote accordingly.

Approving or Revising Your Artwork

When it comes to approving artwork for your project with SundayCool, our customer portal makes the process straightforward. Let's walk through how to navigate the art approval stage seamlessly.

Art Approval Callout

If artwork approval is required for your project, you'll see a prominent callout at the top of your portal indicating "Art Approval Needed." This ensures that you're promptly alerted to the next step in your project progression.

Initiating Art Approval

Upon accessing your order, you'll find the option to approve art conveniently located within your portal. Clicking on "Approve Art" initiates the art approval process, bringing up our dedicated art approval platform.

Reviewing and Providing Feedback

In the art approval platform, you'll see your project's artwork displayed on the screen. Here, you can review the artwork in detail and provide any necessary feedback or requested changes. Simply click on the artwork to add comments or annotations, such as color adjustments or design modifications.

Approving Artwork

If no changes are needed, you can easily approve the artwork with the click of a button. This signals to our team that the artwork meets your approval. Once approved, you'll see a green "Approved" label at the bottom of the screen, indicating that your artwork is ready for production.

After completing the art approval process, simply return to your dashboard to continue managing your project effortlessly. Experience the convenience of SundayCool's customer portal and take control of your project's artwork approval with confidence.

The screen burning process involves using UV light to transfer your design onto a screen coated with a light-sensitive emulsion. This creates a stencil of your artwork, allowing ink to pass through the screen and onto the t-shirts during the screen printing process.

Final Production: Let’s make some shirts!

The production process combines our super soft water-based ink (or any other innovative ink you choose), our world-class screen printers, and brand-new screens to imprint your design onto the t-shirt's fabric. This is where the magic happens and your custom artwork comes to life on your t-shirts.

Water-Based vs. Plastisol Ink

Understanding Plastisol Ink

Now, what exactly is Plastisol ink? Well, it's a screen printing ink composed of two main ingredients: PVC resin and plasticizer. 

When printed on a shirt, Plastisol ink sits on top of the fabric. While Plastisol is widely used due to its vibrant colors and ease of application, it does have some drawbacks. 

Over time, it can fade, crack, or even peel, which can be quite disappointing when you're looking for long-lasting quality.

The Magic of Water-Based Ink

But fear not, my friend, because Water-Based Ink is here to save the day! 

Unlike Plastisol ink, Water-Based Ink works in a completely different way. Rather than sitting on top of the fabric, it seeps into the garment and dyes it from within. 

This unique characteristic allows the ink to become one with the shirt, resulting in a design that feels incredibly soft to the touch. 

But that's not all – the magic of Water-Based Ink extends beyond its superior comfort!
