Position Reporting:

This position is part of Sunday Cool – Sales Department reporting to the VP/Chief of Staff.

Work Schedule:  

Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm [40 hours/week].  

Overtime may be required based on workload and production demands. This position will be likely to have overtime or weekend work during the peak of busy season, running May-July.

Compensation:

Our base salary is $40,000. Eligible for commission after successful 90 day onboarding.

Areas of Responsibility include but are not limited to:

The Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for showing extraordinary customer service to all of our clients throughout the sales process. From the first client contact to the final e-mail after goods are shipped the PC is responsible to making sure the experience with purchasing with us is a smooth and easy process. The PC is responsible for cultivating new opportunities from our existing client base and from leads that are provided to them. As a team member of the sales department the PC is responsible for developing and managing relationships with our amazing client base. We mainly work and serve the local church, as we work or client base is mostly youth and children's pastors serving in the church.

Sales duties:

  • Initiating a formal quote and following up on quotes submitted
  • Assist Project Advisors with Task Management to ensure a smooth ordering process
  • Connecting and building rapport with our growing prospect and client base
  • Assessing the needs on inbound leads by better understanding their apparel needs for the year
  • Continual work within our CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)
  • Inputting of orders into our Workflow Order System

Communication and interaction with:

  • Clients – You will serve as a point of contact as part of a Sales Team w/one or more Project Advisors
  • Prospects - We receive 20-40 new web leads per day
  • Sales Admin – PC team works on sending quotes, and following up with future sales opportunities
  • Production - Our sales team interacts daily with our production team
  • Art Coordinator - Once orders are received, each client will have a personal consult from our art team.

Skills and Requirements:

  • College degree preferred in Marketing, Sales, Ministry, Communications, etc.
  • Highly organized and a strong multitasker
  • 1-5 years of account management and inside or outside sales
  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge in:
  • Microsoft Suite, Office Software, or Google alternatives
  • Knowledge and experience working within a customer database such as Sales Force.
  • An understanding of the inner workings within the local church are advantageous
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Screen printing knowledge a plus
  • Being outgoing and a natural conversationalist is a HUGE advantage

Physical Requirements:

Able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
