Summer Intern Artist
During our busy season of May-July, our full time in-house staff artists need assistance in handling daily workload.
Assisting in-house staff artists with, but not limited to:
Customizable template development
To be considered as a candidate:
Proficient knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop are a must
Knowledge in Adobe CC programs are desired
On the job training in company policy and procedures will be given
Hours per week: 30-40
Internship credit is not mandatory for this position
Compensation: $10 per hour
As a team member of the sales department the Project Advisor is responsible for developing and managing relationships with our amazing client base. We serve the local church, as we work primarily with youth and children’s pastors serving in their local churches.
Daily duties include, but not limited to:
Connecting and building rapport with our growing prospect and client base
Assessing the needs on inbound leads by better understanding their apparel needs for the year
Initiating a formal quote and following up on quotes submitted
Continual work within our CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)
Inputting of orders into our Workflow Order System
Communication and interaction with:
Clients - You would be given an existing book of business and leads everyday
Prospects - We receive 20-40 new web leads per day
Sales Admin - Our sales admin team works on sending quotes, and following up with future sales opportunities
Production - Our sales team interacts daily with our production team
Art Coordinator - Once orders are received, each client will have a personal consult from our art team.
College degree preferred in Marketing, Sales, Ministry, Communications, etc.
Highly organized and a strong multi-tasker
1-5 years of account management and inside or outside sales
Intermediate/Advanced knowledge in:
Microsoft Suite of Office Software or Google alternatives
Knowledge and experience working within a customer database such as Sales Force, Pipedrive, etc.
An understanding of the inner workings within the local church are advantageous
Strong written and oral communication skills
Screen printing knowledge a plus
Being outgoing and a natural conversationalist is a HUGE advantage
This is a commission base sales position with an initial base salary that reduces, as the book of business is being built.
Our starting base salary is $30,000 - $40,000 depending on experience
Our PA’s compensation typically falls within $45K to $90K
Our project advisors are assigned a sales support team member on a ratio of 2 PA’s to every 1 sales administrator.
The Finishing Associate position is vital to our company in that this is the last line of defense for our quality control to make sure that we are proving a REMARKABLE product to our clients.
