Job Title: Operations (Floater)
Position Reporting:
This position is part of Sunday Cool - Operations reporting to the Director of Operations.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday: 6:30am – 3:00pm [40 hours/week].
Overtime may be required based on workload and production demands. This position will be likely to have overtime or weekend work during the peak of busy season, running May-July.
Compensation:
Hourly position: $13/hour
Areas of Responsibility include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities would include the knowledge and ability to perform every position on the operation’s floor. The Floater is able to plug into any operation’s position (minus Press Operator) and operate at a high efficiency and accuracy. The ability to multi-task and precision with attention to detail is key.
As a Floater, you must have the knowledge and ability to function in the following positions:
- Catcher
- Screen Technician
- Reclaim Associate
- Pad-Press Operator
- Press Unloader/Loader
- Stager
- Heat Press
Physical Requirements:
This position requires the employee to stand for extended periods of time in a non-climate-controlled work area. The employee must be able to maneuver around printing equipment, narrow aisles, and lift upto 50 pounds. The employee must be able to work well in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment.
Expectations for Entry-Level Operations Team Members:
Candidates should be organized, practice time management to adhere to production schedules, possess good communication skills to collaborate with various departments, and be comfortable working in a detail-oriented, customer-focused, fast-paced environment. Previous warehouse experience is desirable for the ideal candidate.

During the first 90 days we will be equipping you with the necessary resources and training you specifically for the above position. Sunday Cool has a 90-day probationary period for all new employees, which includes a 30, 60 & 90-day feedback meeting with your direct leadership team to gain helpful insight, glean new perspectives, discuss positive performance, and address any areas needing improvement. Before the conclusion of your probationary period, you will be tested on the Art Department-provided handbook, policies and procedures, as well as products to qualify you. All staff artists are required to pass with a 95% or above to qualify as an employee of Sunday Cool. Sunday Cool, LLC reserves the right to terminate the employment of any employee at any time without notice and without payment in lieu of notice, subject to the laws of the State of Florida.
We pay biweekly (Every other week) on Fridays. Pay is based on eighty standard hours per pay period and Sunday Cool has 26 pay periods/year.
Sunday Cool is a drug-free workplace. The company reserves the right to conduct drug testing on all employees. In the event of a workplace accident the impacted employee will be required to be tested for drugs.
