Do you offer print-on-demand services?
Currently, we only sell custom apparel in bulk. We hope to one day offer fulfillment & print-on-demand services!
Do you offer youth fleecewear?
We do not currently inventory youth-sized winter wear, however we have access to all the major brands & styles meaning we can source an excellent option for you. Consider these items would not be eligible for our 72-hour turnaround time + ship after art approved + sizes in.
Why are youth and adult sizes placed on different invoices?
When there are two set ups for youth and adult shirts, the sizing is set up as two different orders for production as they have different sized screens for your artwork.
What are your order minimums?
Our no-feel waterbase ink is run through screen printing. This means that each ink color or print location is added labor and cost. Our minimums for our no-feel waterbase screen printing & plastisol printing are 12 pcs with 1 ink color in the design only or 36 for multiple ink colors. We also offer a print method called Digital Ink that has a minimum of 12 pcs with a full-color print. This print method differs from waterbase ink in that it has a slight feel to it and is printed on transfers & pressed onto your super soft tee!

What is your turnaround time?
We offer 72 hour turnaround time on our inventoried goods after art is approved and sizes are submitted. Then, we ship. Most of our shipping transit time takes between 1 and 7 business days. When placing your order, your Project Advisor can let you know how long your order will take to ship. There may be scenarios in which you are interested in ordering products outside of our inventory line, like embroidered polos. These will have a longer turnaround time which your Project Advisor can help with! Always let us know when you need your goods in hand by and we'll try our best to meet your dates.
How do I order?
All you have to do is fill out an order/quote form on our site which can be found here. After that, a sales rep will get with you lickety-split with all the info you need to get this process started.
Can I reorder just a few more tees if I need them?
Reorders must fall under our minimums (12 pieces for Digital Ink and 36 pieces for screen printing) because they are treated like a brand new order in our production facility. Ask your Project Advisor about adding on to your order or reordering for more info.
Can I see what the tee will look like before it prints?
ABSOLUTELY! We require you to approve of your quote before getting started on your artwork so that we know you agree with the terms of your order. Once your quote is approved, we will send you a proof of your artwork that must be approved before printing. You will be able to see ink colors used, the dimensions of the artwork, T-shirt color, and apparel. We will need your approval on the mockup before we print. *Please note: your print may vary slightly from the mockup.*
Can I combine my custom apparel order with preprinted items from the Swag Store to achieve a minimum order?
No, although we're stoked you like the merch! Custom apparel orders must have minimums achieved with the same artwork across the board.
Can I add just a few youth smalls to my adult order?
If you order youth sizes with adult sizes artwork, the print does not fit correctly on the garment and will not print to our standards. (A real bummer-we know). Let your advisor know ahead of time if you plan on ordering youth sizes so that they can help find the best solution.
