What are your order minimums?
Our no-feel waterbase ink is run through screen printing. This means that each ink color or print location is added labor and cost. Our minimums for our no-feel waterbase screen printing & plastisol printing are 12 pcs with 1 ink color in the design only or 36 for multiple ink colors. We also offer a print method called Digital Ink that has a minimum of 12 pcs with a full-color print. This print method differs from waterbase ink in that it has a slight feel to it and is printed on transfers & pressed onto your super soft tee!
What is your turnaround time?
We offer 72 hour turnaround time on our inventoried goods after art is approved and sizes are submitted. Then, we ship. Most of our shipping transit time takes between 1 and 7 business days. When placing your order, your Project Advisor can let you know how long your order will take to ship. There may be scenarios in which you are interested in ordering products outside of our inventory line, like embroidered polos. These will have a longer turnaround time which your Project Advisor can help with! Always let us know when you need your goods in hand by and we'll try our best to meet your dates.
We already have a design that we’d like to print. What are the best file types to send?
We have various types of files that we can accept for printing and are as follows:
These are the best files for us to use to print your awesome design. We will need to review the artwork to make sure that it falls within our printing specifications. If the files do not meet our standards for printing, we could advise you on how to prep the file or set the file up to our print standards which may or may not require an art charge. - Adobe Illustrator (.ai) - Adobe Photoshop (.psd) - Encapsulated Post Scripts (.eps) - Adobe PDF files (.pdf) Other acceptable file types:

These file types are acceptable and might need to be recreated depending on the quality of the image in the file. How many colors can I have in my design?
The maximum amount of colors that can be printed in certain locations are as follows: - Front and back locations: Up to 6 inks - Left/Right Crest (over the breastplate): Up to 6 inks - Sleeve Prints: Up to 3 inks - Locker Tags: Up to 3 inks
Are there any more colors available than what you show on your website?
The shirt colors we feature on our apparel page are the only colors we inventory in-house. This means they're available for our 72-hour turnaround + ship after art approval and sizes in. Additionally, they're all part of our super soft line excluding solid white & black. Keep in mind that we have access to all the major vendors & distributors. This means we can source any garment you're looking for! By choosing alternate garments to our super soft tees, you may be subject to longer turnaround times and alternate print methods.
Can you create a custom design for my T-shirts?
Duh! It’s kind of what we do best. You can have a quick consultation with one of our talented artists and we will create something totally unique for your group.
Who do I reach out to for shipping/pricing/payments?
You can speak to any of our awesome Project Advisors who will help you the whole way through your order from pricing, artwork, and shipping! They may even have a funny (or not-so-funny) joke to tell you! Call us today!

What’s the largest size you offer?
That depends on the apparel. Our super soft tee is available in XS-3XL. We do inventory a comparable extended size list in most of our colors. Consider that these comparable shirts are of a different brand, meaning they might not be the exact color shade and feel as the rest of your super soft tees. Consult your Project Advisor for a visual!
I already have a design. Can you print it as-is?

Maybe! Our art team will review your file to make sure it’s high-resolution and print-ready. If it needs a little love, we’ll handle the cleanup and mock it up on your product.

Can you change colors or tweak small things in my design?

Yep! Our art team can make edits when prepping your artwork for print. If you'd like to fully revamp your design, we can bring that vision to life too!

What’s considered “hourly artwork”?

Custom illustration, full logo redraws, original design creation, or more complex edits that go beyond basic cleanup.

How much does hourly artwork cost?

Our current hourly design rate is $50/hour. We’ll estimate your project based on the art consult.

Can I start with a template and still make it feel unique to my group?

Absolutely! You pick the design, and we’ll customize it with your text, theme, colors, and vibe. The goal is to make it yours.

How long do revisions take?

It depends on what you’re changing—but we aim to keep things movin’!

Typical revisions include:

  • Simple edits (like swapping tee or ink colors, or tweaking wording)
  • Multiple mockups or design versions
  • Brand-new artwork from scratch

With so many possibilities, your Project Advisor is your go-to. They’ll keep you updated on turnaround times and anything else you need along the way.
