Job Title:

Finance Clerk

Position Reporting:

This position is part of Sunday Cool - Finance reporting to the Controller.

‍

Work Schedule:  

‍Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm [40 hours/week], 8-week commitment preferred.

‍

Compensation:

Hourly: $15-18 per hour, based on experience and skills.

‍

Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

  • Clear out Positive Pay daily
  • Deposit checks
  • Accounts Payable - enter invoices, maintain vendor files, handle inquiries, and prepare payments
  • Process refunds for clients
  • Prepare checks to be signed
  • Prepare bank deposit and record receipts
  • Classify and review employee expenses for accuracy
  • Perform other related duties as may be requested by the Controller.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year bookkeeping experience.
  • Proficient with Accounting Seed and capable of operating in a Mac environment.
  • Strong data entry skills with an emphasis on a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately prioritize and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly and efficiently.

Physical Requirements:

Able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
